Good morning everyone! It's Monday! We hope your weekend was a good one and that it was relaxing. Over the weekend, we held the Battle of the Bands and we'd like to congratulate the winner, Unmasked. They now have the opportunity to open for one of the upcoming WayFM events! Applause all around!

There are a few other events happening soon, one event is The Financial Training Center Pastors' Breakfast on November 18 at 8:00am. It's free and will be held at the Holiday Inn Express in Summerville. If you are a pastor, you can learn how The Financial Training Center can help you help your congregants. Another event is DivorceCare: Surviving the Holidays". DivorceCare: Surviving the Holidays" is a helpful, encouraging seminar for people facing the holidays after a separation or divorce. Please join us or refer a friend or family member on Saturday, November 21, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Summerville Baptist Church, 417 Central Avenue, Summerville. Child care is available with a reservation. There's only a $5 fee for this event and scholarships are available. Families looking for a unique way to commemorate Thanksgiving are invited to a celebration at Peaceful Way that promises to go beyond the stuffed turkey and mashed potatoes. Guests can participate in a wide range of events including a petting zoo, period games, black powder rifle shoot, crafts and horse shoeing. Main dishes will be provided. Guests are encouraged to bring a side dish and pie to share. Period costumes are welcome.
